These Terms & Conditions describe how Printfo handles an order from the first quote request through to final payment — covering quotation, consultation, production, packaging, delivery, and international shipping. By requesting a quote or placing an order with Printfo, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. Requesting a Quote
Printfo provides a free quotation for every inquiry. A customer can request a quote by filling out the form on the Printfo website, or by reaching out through WhatsApp or any other available communication channel. Printfo reviews the requirement and prepares a free, no-obligation quote in response.
2. Pricing Transparency
Printfo maintains transparency in every quotation. Each quote includes a clear pricing breakdown, so the customer can easily understand how the total cost is built up and compare whether the offer represents a fair deal, rather than being given a single lump-sum figure to take on trust.
3. Consultation & Quality Assurance
Printfo maintains quality at every stage of production. Alongside the quotation, Printfo offers free consultation from its experts regarding the customer’s goods, helping the customer make informed decisions about materials, specifications, and finishing before committing to an order.
4. Order Confirmation & Advance Payment
If the customer is satisfied with the quotation and wishes to proceed, a percentage of the total consignment value is payable to Printfo as an advance to confirm the order. This advance can be paid via bank transfer or any other method suitable to the customer — the exact percentage and payment method are discussed and agreed upon during negotiation between the customer and Printfo.
5. Production Process
Once the agreed advance percentage is received, Printfo begins the printing process for the order. If the customer would like visibility into progress, Printfo can share updates on the production steps along the way, for the customer’s satisfaction and peace of mind.
6. Packaging
Once printing is complete, Printfo carries out safe, protective packaging so that the customer receives the finished product in proper condition.
7. Final Payment & Order Closure
After the customer receives the product, the remaining balance of the total order amount is payable to Printfo. Once this final payment is received, Printfo issues a paid invoice to the customer, and the order is officially closed.
8. International Orders — Shipping Estimates
For international orders, shipping is estimated based on DHL Bangladesh’s 2026 export rate guide and typical DHL Express commercial discount rates. The estimates below are indicative and may vary depending on final weight, dimensions, and destination at the time of shipment.
| Quantity | Estimated Weight | Australia | USA |
|---|---|---|---|
| 150 pcs | < 5 kg | BDT 10,000 – 14,000 | BDT 11,000 – 15,000 |
| 500 pcs | 5 – 6 kg | BDT 13,000 – 18,000 | BDT 14,000 – 19,000 |
| 1,000 pcs | 10 – 12 kg | BDT 20,000 – 28,000 | BDT 22,000 – 30,000 |
Figures are door-to-door DHL estimates for the listed quantity tiers. Final rates, gross weight, and carton volume are confirmed and shared with the customer ahead of shipment for each order.
9. Import Duties & Customs Clearance
Import duties and customs charges are determined solely by the customs authority of the destination country — Australia, the USA, or otherwise — based on that country’s own regulations. These charges are not controlled by Printfo and are not included or precisely quoted in any Printfo estimate.
Customer responsibility
Printfo provides the commercial invoice, HS code, and any other paperwork required by the customer’s customs broker or DHL to calculate applicable duties. For an estimate ahead of shipping, the customer is advised to check directly with DHL or their local customs office.
